What is the return /exchange policy ?

Our return policy lasts two weeks (14 days) days. If 14 days have gone from the date the tracking number states the order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note that customer is responsible to pay  cost to ship the return or exchange item. 

Refunds: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure to check the size chart included in the product description as they may vary among the different products we offer.

Why if my item arrived damaged or with a defect?

Please email our Customer Service secretdelightsnow2@gmail.com as soon as possible with images attached. We will not accept claims after 14 days from the delivery date. 

To return your item, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once inspected and determined that the item is defective, then we will issue a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Why if the size is not correct?

Why if I haven't received a refund for my return?

If you have not received your refund for your return within a few days of returning the package, please email our Customer Service secretdelightsnow2@gmail.com so we can speed the process up for you. 

What is the shipping time?

Shipping time to USA is between 2-3 weeks once the order has shipped. International shipping time is between 3-6 weeks depending on your country custom clearance process, your location and efficiency of your local post office.

 

Do you offer free shipping worldwide?

Yes, we do offer FREE shipping worldwide, with some exceptions. Please contact our Customer Service (or IG support @secretdelightsnow) before placing your order.

Do you offer free duty fees for international shipping?

Yes, we do offer FREE custom/duty tax fees charged by your local government.  Please note that we do not control the custom clearance process time, therefore, this process may extend the shipping time 

Why if my package has been lost or stolen?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  However, we will do our best to help locate your package if you contact us within the 10 days after your package was delivered.

In the case where the tracking says delivered but you haven't received your package, you can visit your local post office.  Always make sure to submit the correct address.
